Daniel T. Leav is an experienced trial attorney with verdicts and settlements over the past ten years in an excess of $40 million.
Mr. Leav is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York (of which he is member of the top tier of attorneys in the Legal Referral Service), and a member of the American Association of Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice in New York and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York’s federal courts. He has lectured at Beth Israel Hospital on issues involving traumatic brain injuries, and has contributed to the Brain Injury Society newsletter.
Mr. Leav was selected as a New York “Super Lawyer” every year since 2008. He has been a guest commentator on Fox Television, and featured on CBS News, and in the New York Daily News, and the New York Post.
